Delivery policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery (Within Pakistan): 3–7 business days

  • International Delivery: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Please note: Delivery times may vary during sale seasons, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Within Pakistan: Flat rate or calculated at checkout based on courier charges

  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout according to weight, destination, and courier tariffs

4. Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment status.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts. If the package is not received, it will be returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Orders returned due to incorrect address or non-availability of the customer may incur additional re-delivery charges.

7. International Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. These charges vary depending on the destination country.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with your:

  • Order number

  • Tracking number

  • Images of the damaged package (if applicable)

We will assist you promptly.

9. Change of Delivery Address

You may request a delivery address change before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, address changes are not possible.
